Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Returns: 

Items must be returned:

• Unworn and unused

• With original tags and packaging

• With proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: 

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• Perishable or hazardous items

If you’re unsure about eligibility, contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges: 

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

EU Customers: 

Orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items meet the return conditions above.

Refunds: 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
